Spring 2017 Updates

  • Tax statements were recently mailed out to all Primary Representatives. Please contact us 1-888-754-8798 Ext.1 if you have not received your tax statement from the CPA firm.
  • The 2016 Annual Report is now available. We are continuing to grow in both number of accounts and assets. Our disbursements requests continue to climb and through these withdrawals the trust is able to enhance the quality of life for our beneficiaries with developmental disabilities.   • First quarter of 2017 statements are anticipated to be mailed out to Primary Representatives the end of May 2017.
  • Please remember to update your mailing address if it has changed, in order to continue to receive our correspondence.
